Help
Everything here is written for the person behind the counter. If you cannot find your answer, write to us at the bottom of this page - a real person reads every message.
Getting started
›How do I start?
Create an account, then create your company. A company is your business: its systems, its people and its data. Everything you enter belongs to that company alone and no other business can see it.
Then rent the systems you need from the company page - the restaurant, the bar, the shop, and so on. Your first 30 days are free, and nothing is charged until you decide to pay.
›Which system should I rent?
Rent the one that matches how you serve customers. A place with tables takes Restaurant; a bar that runs tabs takes Bar; a counter with a queue takes Coffee shop or Fast food; a shop that scans barcodes takes Shop & mini-market.
You can rent more than one and switch between them from the company page. A bar that also serves food usually rents Bar and Restaurant together.
›Can I try it without risking my real data?
Yes. Make a second company called "Test" and play in it as much as you like. Companies never share data, so nothing you do there touches your real business. You only pay for the systems you keep.
Your team
›How do I add my staff?
Open Team in the menu on the left, type their email address and choose a role: owner, manager or staff. They get an email with a link, create their own password and join.
Owner: everything, including money and the team. Manager: everything in the systems, plus reports and settings. Staff: the daily work only - no prices, no reports, no billing.
›Can I stop an employee from seeing a system?
Yes. On the Team page, open "Choose systems" next to that person and pick only the systems they should use. A waiter can then see the restaurant and nothing else.
›Someone left. What do I do?
Remove them on the Team page. They lose access immediately, but everything they did - their sales, their shifts - stays in your records.
Serving customers
›How does a table order work?
Open the Floor screen, tap a free table and add dishes from the menu. The bill grows as you add. When the guest pays, press Charge and choose how they paid. The receipt is made automatically.
›Guests can order from the QR code on the table?
Yes, in the restaurant and the bar. Make the codes in "QR codes" inside that system, print the cards and put one on each table.
When a guest scans and sends an order, it appears at the top of your Floor screen. Nothing reaches the bill until one of your staff presses Accept - so a joker at table 5 cannot order ten bottles of vodka onto your books.
Guests pay at the end as usual. After you charge them, their phone shows the receipt with the e-barimt QR code.
›What if the internet goes down?
Keep taking orders. The till keeps them on the device and sends them as soon as the connection is back - you will see a note on screen while it is offline.
Do not close the browser tab while orders are waiting to be sent.
Stock in a shop
›How do I count what is really on the shelves?
Open the shop system, go to Stock and press "Count the shelves". Choose one shelf (a category) or the whole shop, and start.
Walk the shelves with your phone. Type the amount you can see, or scan each item with the camera - every scan adds one. Each number is saved as you go, so you can lock the phone, serve a customer and carry on.
When the shelves are done, the owner or a manager presses "Apply the count". Only then does stock change, and every difference goes into the stock history under the name of the count.
›Somebody bought something while I was counting. Is my count wrong?
No. The count fixes the difference it found, not the number you typed. If you counted 10 and two were sold before the count was applied, you are left with 8, not 10.
›What do I need to order?
The "To order" page in the shop system answers that. It lists everything at or below its minimum, and everything about to run out, with how many it sells a day, how many days of stock are left, and how much to order.
The list is grouped by whoever delivered each product last, so one group is one phone call. Press "Print the list" to take it with you.
Two things at the top are yours to change: how far back to look at sales, and how many days of stock you want after the delivery arrives.
Receipts, e-barimt and reports
›Where are my receipts?
Every payment writes a receipt automatically. Find them under Receipts in the menu on the left, with the number, the lines and the customer. Nothing can be edited afterwards - that is what makes them trustworthy.
›Does it send e-barimt to the tax office?
The receipts are built for e-barimt and the customer's QR code is printed on them, but sending them to the tax office for real needs your business registration and a registered POS number. Until then, receipts can run in test mode so you can see exactly how it will work.
Write to us when your registration is ready and we will switch it on with you.
›How do I see how the business is doing?
Reports in the menu on the left shows sales by day, week or month, your best-selling items, and which hours are busy. Staff hours shows who sold what and how many hours they worked. Both can be downloaded to Excel.
Your website and QR codes
›What is my public page?
Every company gets an address like redi.mn/p/your-name. It shows your photo, what you do, where you are, your opening hours and your phone number, and links to your menu, your booking page or your shop.
Fill it in under "Your website" in the menu on the left. Put the link on Facebook and Instagram so customers can find you.
›Where do I get QR codes to print?
Open "QR codes" in the menu on the left: there is a code for your website and one for each public page. "Print poster" gives you a page ready for the wall or the window; the restaurant and bar also print one small card per table.
Paying
›What does it cost?
One price for the whole company: Start is one system, Business is three, Everything is all of them. A system beyond your pack costs a little extra. See Billing & plan in the menu on the left for your exact numbers.
Paying for a year gives you two months free.
›How do I pay?
By bank transfer for now. Billing & plan shows the amount and your payment reference - put that reference on the transfer so we can match it. We switch your subscription on within one working day.
Card and QPay payments are coming later.
›What happens if I pay late?
You get a few days of grace. After that the systems pause: you can still sign in and your data is safe and complete, but the daily work stops until the payment arrives. Nothing is ever deleted for late payment.
When something goes wrong
›I cannot sign in
Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page and follow the email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder, then write to us.
›A page shows an error
Reload the page first - most problems are a lost connection. If it happens again, tell us what you were doing and we will look: errors are reported to us automatically, so we often already know.
›A customer asked me to delete their data. What do I do?
Open "Data requests" in the menu on the left and look them up by phone number or email address. It searches every system you rent and shows everything you hold about them; you can download it as an Excel file to hand over.
The same page erases them: their loyalty record and stamp cards go, and their name, phone number, email address and notes come off bookings, orders and receipts. The receipts themselves stay, because the tax office requires them.
›How do I leave and take my data with me?
Download your customers, sales and stock from "Data requests" - they are ordinary Excel files you can open anywhere or give to another system. The owner can then close the company on the same page. It switches off at once and is deleted thirty days later - until then it can be opened again from your companies page.
›Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in a managed database with daily backups, and every company is separated at the database level, not only in the screens. You can export your customers, products and sales to Excel at any time, and you can ask us to delete your company's data.
